Pixel Painted Art

Many thanks to all who attended my ‘Pixel Painted Art’ presentation on Tuesday 8th January 2019. The attention, support and feedback on the night was fantastic and I have been grateful for messages of support on social media and email since.

As promised, I have put together a list of links for the apps that I featured and also for some short tutorials.

Corel Painter is a digital art application created to simulate the appearance and behavior of traditional methods associated with drawing, painting, and printmaking. Desktop based it is available for both Mac and Windows systems.

Corel Painter Essentials has less features than the full version and therefore offers a simpler, less-intensive, learning curve to paint from photos.
